Believe Me, You Can Do It

So many people doubt themselves, but believe me whatever you’re thinking, you can do it, whether it be going for a 13 mile run or doing a simple task , you can do it, it’s just turning your attention to the right mindset.

A few months ago, I did a course into the “Growth Mindset”, it’s a mindset that’s so important for us, especially today’s children. It’s a mindset that’s constantly used in the running world because if we runners didn’t have that mindset we wouldn’t be able to run extreme distances and push ourselves to the limit, just like I’ve been able to do. It’s a mindset that believes you can do anything, in other words #anythingispossible. Just take a look at the below image, it explains everything.

If there’s one thing I want you to come away with after reading this, it’s the message that you can do anything, whether it be go for a run, give up smoking or learn a new language. If you can’t do it, then you’ll try again another day or say to yourself that you’ve tried your hardest and keep going to perform to the best of your ability, just like the image above says.
