So many people doubt themselves, but believe me whatever you’re thinking, you can do it, whether it be going for a 13 mile run or doing a simple task , you can do it, it’s just turning your attention to the right mindset.

Last year I signed up to Run Up 2 Christmas, I had to run 31 miles in 25 days, but I FAILED, I only ran 4 miles.
