So what is a runners high? I want to build a blog page full of runners describing what a runners high is to them.
Imagine being 18 stone? Walking around feeling like you’re carrying two of you? Feeling like you’re being drowned in fat, unable to breath, every step you take feels like extra, phenomenal effort.
I did it, my last race of 2019 is complete, what a year it’s been. I started the year running the Vitality Big Half, then the London Marathon, Leamington Half, Bournemouth Marathon and now Run Silverstone.
